Contract value: This contract is being procured primarily for London Borough of Lambeth. The contract is for the supply and installation of mainly residential furniture and a smaller amount of white goods for temporary accommodation properties located in the London Borough of Lambeth. The supplies will be required as and when needed and will be dependant on the need to replace damaged or broken furniture or white goods.The estimated total value of the contract with London Borough of Lambeth is 350 000 GBP (including possible extensions).The contract will be open to the London Borough of Southwark and the London Borough of Lewisham who may also enter into a contract with the winning supplier, if they wish.The estimated total value of a potential contract with London Borough of Southwark is 1 250 000 GBP (including possible extensions).The estimated total value of a potential contract with London Borough of Lewisham is 750 000 GBP (including possible extensions).The contract will be let for a period of three years with an option to extend for another two terms of one year each.
