The objective of the ACSF is to bring active and aware stakeholders to work together with the Government of Vietnam to better tackle corruption. The intended impact of ACSF will be reduced corruption in Vietnam. The outputs will be: • Increased understanding of corruption causes, drivers and impact; • Multi-stakeholder approach to improve transparency promoted through piloting global transparency initiatives; • The SP is required to manage the delivery of two Components of ACSF to deliver: (1) An enhanced evidence base, promote public debate and supporting dialogue on anti-corruption; and (2) Support the initiation and implementation of transparency initiatives. The SP is expected to provide flexible, targeted and timely support to the UK’s role (as lead donor) in anti-corruption.
