DFID 6031 Establishing and Operating a Timber Legality Verification Department (LVD) within Liberia’s Forest Development Authority (FDA) and Building Capacity within the FDA

The overall objective of the services is to contribute to implementation of the VPA through the establishment of the LVD, by developing appropriate systems for its operations, managing those operations for a period of 5 years, and by the end of that period complete a phased transfer of all operations, including their management, to the FDA.
