The objective of these TORs is to ensure service delivery and support achievement of the HSDP objectives across 6 of South Sudan’s 10 states. This will be achieved through the FM’s provision of a comprehensive technical package of fiduciary and health system expertise for the establishment, management and use of the HPF.
