The Trust is looking for a partner with which to enter into a joint venture to deliver non-patient catering services. The trust aims to establish a profitable and mutually-beneficial relationship with a professional catering patner, who will develop and manage the catering facility. The Catering Turnover is currently in the region of £1,3 m per annum, but is expected to grow with developoment.
