The London Borough of Hackney wishes to appoint a suitably qualified consultant / team to undertake a feasibility study into the future development of Springfield Park. Major investment is required in order to stop Springfield Park’s buildings from degrading further. We are looking to establish how Springfield Park’s buildings will be used, managed and maintained in the future, and to confirm the inherent costs related to their future use. The consultant’s challenge is to explore how the facilities can be utilised in order to produce an income for Springfield Park which will offset their ongoing management and maintenance costs. This is to be achieved by May 2013.
