The establishment of Framework Agreements to undertake and construct external environmental improvement works, hard and soft landscaping works, ground-works and minor construction works. This will Include but not limited to the following works: grass, plants and trees, paths, roads, street furniture, car parks, cycle ways, flood relief works earthworks, walls, fencing and gates, new stores and cycle sheds, drainage, underground services, external lighting, playing fields and sports grounds, play areas, communal art, and the maintenance of any constructed/installed works during any relevant defects liability period. LOT 1 Landscaping & Groundwork Improvement Works - £25,000 to £100,000 LOT 2 Landscaping & Groundwork Improvement Works - over £100,000 Whilst every effort has been made to consider the full scope of the requirement, SCC does not guarantee the volume of service required resulting from this tender or that it will accept any tender on completion of the tender exercise. SCC undertakes to use reasonable endeavours to hold confidential any information provided in the proposal submitted, subject to SCC’s obligations under law, including the Freedom of Information Act 2000. If the applicant considers that any of the information submitted in the proposal should not be disclosed because of its sensitivity then this should be stated with the reason for considering it sensitive. SCC will then consider the sensitivity statement before replying to any request received under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
