Norwich City Council are seeking a supplier to develop an instructional film focusing on the subject of damp and mould growth caused by condensation within residential council owned dwellings, to help us communicate to our customers how to avoid the creation of damp and what to do if they have it. This includes, but is not confined to, pre-production - e.g. scripting, filming, post-production - e.g. editing and final content.
