Replacement of lighting system in the Civic Center meeting room with LED lighting which will be required to link to the Thorn lighting system. The Council is seeking an energy efficient solution that will help it achieve a 25% reduction in CO2.
Contractors will be required to submit their specification, price, evidence of public liability insurance, NIECC registration; a method statement and a programme of work when submitting a bid via the tender box. The works shall be undertaken in accordance with JCT minor works 2011 form of agreement.
All contractors interested in bidding are required to visit the site and for this purpose should contact Bev Thomas to make the neccessary arrangements. Any contractor failing to visit the site will not be considered for the works.
The Council does not bind itself to accept any tender (whether in the lowest sum or otherwise).
