The Framework is being devised to ensure a quick turn around of void properties.The works will consist of internal refurbishment work to void flats in listed Georgian and Victorian buildings as specified by the Employer on a per property basis. These will typically consist of, but are not limited to the following: - Clearance of remaining goods and rubbish - Electrical and Gas Safety testing and certification - Re-wiring - Extending/replacing heating systems - Making good to finishes and redecoration - Repairs to doors and windows - Replacement floor finishes - Replacement kitchen and bathroom elements - Exterior repairs may also be required
