The Department for Education (DfE) would like to invite experienced organisations to apply to deliver a range of early intervention services that help the most vulnerable and disadvantaged children, young people, families and the people who work with them. Services are separated into 9 lots as follows: Lot A: Support to Adoption Agencies - Support adoption agencies on implementing the adoption reform programme and provide policy advice to the Department. Value Â£200,000 for 2013-14; Value Â£200,000 for 2014-15 Lot B: Deliver From Care2Work - Support programme that engages with voluntary; local government and private sector to increase job opportunities for care leavers. Value Â£350,000-Â£400,000 for 2013-14; Value Â£350,000-Â£400,000 for 2014-15 Lot C: Support local authorities to recruit more foster carers - Develop and implement innovative solutions to raise the profile of fostering and support improvement in the local recruitment of foster carers to meet the needs of foster children. Value Â£150,000 for 2013-14; Value Â£100,000 for 2014-15 Lot D: Deliver Fosterline (a national telephone service to support fostering) â€“ Provide advice and information about how to apply to be a foster carer. Value Â£300,000-Â£360,000 for 2013-14; Value Â£300,000-Â£360,000 for 2014-15 Lot E: Deliver an advocacy advice line - Deliver an advocacy helpline and an independent advocate for children in care when they need it. Value Â£250,000-Â£300,000 for 2013-14; Value Â£250,000-Â£300,000 Lot F: Supporting parenting classesâ€™ development - Help create a vibrant market for parenting education, driven by parentsâ€™ demand for quality products and services. Value Â£1,250,000-Â£1,500,000 for 2013-14; Value Â£750,000-Â£1,000,000 for 2014-15 Lot G: Deliver a service for the parents of teenagers - Deliver an online service for the parents of teenagers, particularly those on the edge of care and those in the most disadvantaged and vulnerable families. Value Â£350,000-Â£500,000 for 2013-14; Value Â£350,000-Â£500,000 for 2014-15 Lot H: Support for the families of offenders - Support those who work with the families of offenders and help address some of the poor outcomes these children and families experience. Value Â£450,000-Â£500,000 for 2013-14; Value Â£450,000-Â£500,000 for 2014-15 Lot I: Deliver the young Carers Strategy - Ensuring better support and outcomes for young carers in the context of â€˜whole familyâ€™ assessment. Value Â£500,000-Â£600,000 for 2013-14; Value Â£500,000-Â£600,000. Organisations can tender for any and all lots.
