The London Borough of Hounslow is considering the possible disposal of its land interests South of the High Street in Brentford to the Developer Ballymore to facilitate the first phase of the regeneration redevelopment of that area. The Council therefore wishes to employ the services of an appropriate consultant firm to advice on the valuation and disposal of its property interests. Any proposals received will automatically fail and will not be evaluated as part of stage two (2) if the Total Contract Price (ex VAT) for the assignment is in excess of the OJEU threshold for Services (£173,934)
