Norwich City Council requires one single economic operator, an established partnership or a consortium to provide an occupational health service for employees and an employee assistance programme for employees (extending to their partners/family members) and councillors. The 3 + 2 year contract (estimated value £20,000 to £34,000 pa) will run from 01 April 2013. Suppliers have the option to choose to sub-contract one of the services alongside their particular specialism, either occupational health or employee assistance. Only tenders for the combined occupational health and employee assistance programme will be accepted. This is the re-publication of the contract notice originally published on 13 July 2012 and later cancelled due to a procedural error.
