This contract is for the removal and disposal of valuable items from a number of buildings that are no longer in use. DSG would expect the resale value of the items to be offset against the cost of the works. A site survey will be required to confirm the items of value that can be removed. All works must be completed and invoiced for by 14 December 2012. All site regulations must be adhered to as part of this activity. The provision of risk and method statements associated with this activity, must be provided by the contractor if awarded the contract. Contractors must hold a 'Waste Removal' License, ensurng all regulations with respect to this activity are adhered to. Contractors must be a member of Constructionline.
