The Homes and Communities Agency wish to appoint a Contractor for the safe removal and disposal of all Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) from the redundant and derelict Kiveton Pit Head Baths, Rotherham. The two-storey brick building was constructed in 1938 and remained in use until closure of the pit in the 1990s. The minimum level of Public Indemnity & Employers Liability and Damage to Property insurance cover needed for this contract is £5 million
