The Homes and Communities Agency wish to appoint a contractor to carry out all works associated with the complete design, installation and commission of the proposed turning head and security project. Which briefly comprise of new electronic sliding entrance gates, APNR and CCTV systems and the construction of a turning facility to enable vehicles to U-turn and re-join the highway network.
