Supply, installation and commissioning of an Automatic Tray Sealing Line Machine for the Trust's Catering Department. The machine is to be a right to left conveying machine, manufactured from stainless steel, with an integrated loading conveyor, and a multi format hinged sealing head. The machine shall be suitable for solid, liquid or pate type foods, meat, salad, fruit, vegetables, snacks, sandwiches and ready meals. Sealing materials to include standard, shrink and aluminium film. The sealing machine must be Electrically powered, with no compressed air requirement.
