The Health Protection Agency has a need for Stainless steel trays consisting of three parts, a lid, a frame and a base. Two types of frames are required, one with an open front and one with a hinged front; the frames slide into the base. These trays are required for use on automated filling equipment and in freeze driers. The trays will need to be constructed of 316 stainless steel as they have to be autoclaved on a regular basis and come into contact with aggressive disinfectants. A number of trays are already in use, therefore it is imperative that the new trays match exactly the existing trays.
