The Agency has a requirement for mini-tablets- no larger than “size 9†~8.6mm x 2.65 mm suitable for pre-clinical oral dosing. Manufacturer must have experience manufacturing oral controlled release and gastro-intestinal targeting and have access to unique gastro-intestinal release polymers e.g. Duocoat.
