The London Borough of Hackney is seeking a Provider to conduct a door-knocking exercise focused on a borough wide recycling service change, targeted at a total of 55,000 street level properties. The project aims to communicate the new recycling service details to all residents, ahead of a change on 1st March 2013. The project will utilise face-to-face engagement to inform residents about changing services, provide service detail and encourage participation through initiating behaviour change. Consequently, this will contribute to an efficient service change and enhance recycling performance. The project will comprise a key component of a wide communications campaign.
