Camden Council seeks expressions of interest from suitably experienced organisations for the provision of Home Care and Reablement Support Services for adults aged 18 and over to start on or around 1 September 2013 for a period of two years with the option of two, one year extensions. These services will provide flexible, personalised support to customers assessed as having critical or substantial requirements for personal care to enable them to remain at home and have an enhanced quality of life in familiar surrondings.
