The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EEAST) has over 400 emergency front line vehicles equipped with Panasonic CF-19 Toughbooks (ruggedized laptops). EEAST is seeking to procure a 3-year mobile support service contract to maintain the associated in-vehicle equipment to support the Toughbooks eg docking stations and electrical vehicle charging installations. The mobile service is required to cover all of the EEAST regions (Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire) and the number of service calls is currently estimated at 90 per annum, although volumes are expected to increase as the number of vehicles equipped with Toughbook grows.
