The Homes and Communities Agency wish to appoint a Principal Building Contractor to carryout refurbishment works to 7 number toilet facilities in an occupied building, this in accordance with the specification documents prepared by the designers. The chosen contractor will be appointed under the terms of the JCT Intermediate form of Contract 2011. The contract is to be administered by the HCA’s Lead Consultant GVA Grimley Ltd. Turner and Townsend are the HCA’s appointed CDM Co-ordinator for the project.
