The Legal services contract is required to provide and co-ordinate the Trusts legal services, ensuring compliance with legislation and other regulatory frameworks primarily in the areas of Employment Law, Response to Judicial Review Claims, Operational Practice and Commercial/ Contracting. Also, to provide strategic legal advice to the Trust so that emerging opportunities can be realised and the Trust can operate effectively in a commercial environment.
