Civic 1 is an office block. The boiler house is located on the third floor and the passenger lift stops on the second floor. Civic 1 boiler plant consists of 5 no. Hamworthy boilers and 2 no. hot water calorifiers. Boilers provide heating to Civic 1 offices and primary flow to the calorifiers. This is a one off work scheduled to commence January 2013. Period for completion of work is 4 weeks. To avoid any form of disruption to heating and hot water services to Civic 1 offices, renewal work will be phased. Contractor will also be required to complete some elements of the work during weekends. The Form of Contract shall be The Joint Contracts Tribunal Minor Works; 2011 Edition.
