Adult Weight Management Tier 2 Community Based Weight Management services support reducting adult obesity and overweight. The service focuses on behaviour change, nutrition planning and weight management. The service would deliver a range of National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) compliant weight management programmes in a community setting. Services will seek to lower the prevalence of overweight and obesity in Camden. The approximate annual resouurces are £421,182.
