A summary of the works is as follows: - Demolish section of the brick built external shed which attached to No. 36 Paston Road brick built external shed. - Relocate existing foul and or surface water drains to new location as indicate on drawing the drawings . - Excavate/remove raised concrete patio area to form foundations. - Construct single storey disabled extension as indicate by drawings and specification of works.
