Public Sector Network Tender Alert

Transaction audit, mapping and analysis: Contractor

• As part of wider work being driven by the Cabinet Office to provide simple, effective, joined-up digital services by default, the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) needs to review its existing transactions and services. These services may be delivered by DECC itself, by its arms-length bodies, or by delivery partners and contracted third parties. • DECC needs to audit, map and analyse these services and identify opportunities for where they can be digitised further, converged or joined up to improve customer experience or realise efficiencies. • This work will feed in to the implementation of DECC’s digital strategy to be published in December 2012. The winning contractor/supplier must work in concert with the writers of the strategy to provide the necessary information to produce the strategy in time for the DECC approval process, and then fill in the gaps to take the strategy forward. • We expect this work to be no more than three days per week for 5 months at SIO or Grade 7 level.
