Sport England acts as agent for the Sports Council Trust Company (SCTC) who own several sporting estates which include Bisham Abbey, Lilleshall National Sports Centre and Plas Y Brenan in North Wales. In addition, Sport England leases a number of properties across the country in Durham, Leeds, Manchester, Loughborough, London and Crewkerne. Consultancy advice is sought in relation to these properties and in the lead up to the 2017 Revaluation.
