Aiming High in Staffordshire are seeking applications to deliver Support Services. Separate funding streams are available. These are to deliver: 1. A Community Support Service (Reference CYPF0007) 2. A Sitting Service (Reference CYPF0008) Funding is available to deliver: The Support Service has two elements Applications will be accepted from organisations to deliver ONE OR BOTH elements of the Service. Please note there are separate application forms to complete for the two services. Sitting Service – a home Sitting Service supervising disabled children and young people in their home to enable parents and carers to have a break. One organisation will provide this Service across the whole of the County. Community Support Services – support for disabled children and young people who due to their disability/individual needs are unable to access activities independently. One organisation will provide this Service across the whole of the County.
