Single ERP Platform for Government – Initial Feasibility and Design Phase Contract

Central Government has a large portfolio of ERP implementations which require some form of upgrade in order to continue to receive support and to reduce the cost of that support. The Next Generation Shared Services programme is looking to consolidate ERP solutions and deliver standard processes across central government departments. With a large number of Oracle ERP solutions requiring an upgrade we intend to take the opportunity to ensure we maximise the value to the taxpayer before embarking on any major programme, through the use of a short feasibility study. NGSS are therefore seeking an external partner to facilitate and document the workshops and to deliver a high level design and gap analysis and assist in the development of the Outline Business Case.
