We urgently require - Expressions of Interest - from companies / suppliers, who have large, good quality and quality control procedures governing, their CNC turning and milling manufacturing facilities, requiring approximatley 800mm in diameter. The first stage of our tender process involves, potential suppliers to download and examine our three example drawings, to assess and to advise, if they could produce the components, to our specifications, observing our stringent required standards. This requires, would be suppliers to offer their - best - delivery lead time(s) for Qty 6 Rings and Qty 12 Hemispheres, NOTE : these items are very similar to the components detailed on these drawings. We require your responses, to this first stage, to be received by COB on 31 Oct 2012. Our second stage involves, the full assessment and review of all expressions of interest received, with all respondents being acknowledged. The suppliers who meet our criteria, will be then issued with a full set of our drawings, with specification, and will be asked to submit their tender bids, by means of a Request for Quotation, which will lay down our required delivery date, and contact information. Please NOTE : - Any procurement contract, that maybe issued, regarding this project, would be required to agree and accept our terms and conditions of contract in full.
