This Tender is for the provision of a number of conflict resolution and hostile situations training courses delivered nationally to Environment Agency Field Officers and Enforcement staff who hold a warrant. The Environment Agency requires fit for purpose, up-to-date training courses which reflect changes in policy and legislation. The suppliers will be responsible for providing strategy, consultancy, design, development, implementation, maintenance and support services throughout the life of the contract
