Consultancy Requirement for Licensing Vaccines for Bovine TB. The Authority is seeking to appoint a supplier for the Authority's Consultancy Requirement for Licensing Vaccines for Bovine TB which is to be delivered through a Framework. The purpose of this Framework is to enable the Authority or Contracting Body to raise a Call-Off Contract for the services, as and when required. These Services may be required in the event of an Outbreak of animal disease or other Incident occurring anywhere within England, Wales or Scotland. The Framework will be available for use by the Authority and its Executive Agencies, the Welsh Government, the Scottish Government, Northern Ireland Executive, Local Authorities, and Non-Departmental Public Bodies.
