A measured term contract covering SCC's requirement for concrete and associated repairs to low, medium and high rise authority owned properties within the boundary of Southampton city. The works will incorporate both emergency and planned repair works with values ranging from Â£300 to Â£200,000. Contract duration 36 months with the option to extend for a further 2 years in yearly increments. Whilst every effort has been made to consider the full scope of the requirement, SCC does not guarantee the volume of service required resulting from this tender or that it will accept any tender on completion of the tender exercise. SCC undertakes to use reasonable endeavours to hold confidential any information provided in the proposal submitted, subject to SCCâ€™s obligations under law, including the Freedom of Information Act 2000. If the applicant considers that any of the information submitted in the proposal should not be disclosed because of its sensitivity then this should be stated with the reason for considering it sensitive. SCC will then consider the sensitivity statement before replying to any request received under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
