Pilot programme to deliver service including an accredited generic living / thinking skills programme in a therapeutically enhanced environment which supports the learning on the programme, promotes pro-social living and challenges anti-social behaviour and attitudes. In addition, once released the offender is supported in the community to maximise and generalise the learning on the programme, and to reduce or stop their reoffending, the risk of serious harm is reduced and the programme is successfully completed as a requirement of a sentence of the court, the sentence plan in custody and/or a requirement of a licence upon release. In addition we require proposals to consider regarding the evaluation of the provision against the overarching outcomes required . Pilot to be delivered over two years with the option to extend for two further periods of twelve months each
