Contract for Funeral Services to commence 1st April 2013 for a duration of 24 months with the option to extend for a further 12 month period, inclusive of the following Trusts and Hospital Premises; County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust, including University Hospital of North Durham, Shotley Bridge Hospital, Chester-le-Street Hospital, Darlington Memorial Hospital, Bishop Auckland Hospital, Richardson Hospital, Barnard Castle, Sedgefield Community Hospital, Weardale Community Hospital Stanhope, Any other in-patient premises managed by the Trust. Tees, Esk & Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust, including Roseberry Park Hospital Middlesbrough, Lanchester Road Hospital, Durham plus several sites throughout Middlesbrough, Stockton and Darlington. The service requirement may be advertised in Lots, for example by location i.e North & South or by individual Trusts. The Trust's reserve the right to have one provider for the complete service or a split award either by location or by individual Trust.
