Wyre Forest District Council wishes to appoint a Contractor to provide a farmers market in Bromsgrove District centres. The appointment will be by way of competitive Tender. This is a concession contract and tenderers are asked to submit details of the licence fee they will pay to the Council if their tender is successful. Bromsgrove District Council has resolved to delegate Wyre Forest District Council, as host authority of the shared service, to enter into a Concessionary Contract with a capable farmers market operator to develop a proposal for the market operation within the seven centres of Bromsgrove District; Bromsgrove town centre, which will be the primary location, Barnt Green Village , Alvechurch Village, Wythall, Catshill, Hagley Village and Rubery Village and to run markets in accordance with that proposal. The market shall take place bi-monthly on a date agreed between the Concessionaire and NWedR and Bromsgrove DC, additional markets in the run up to Christmas will be agreed.
