A key element of the Camden Plan is to deliver value for money services by getting it ‘right first time'. This will involve service transformation that will improve (certainly not diminish) the customer experience as well as deliver savings. The Council recognises the difficulty in achieving such change and in the desired timeframes, and that it is likely that it will need some support in doing so. The urgency upon the project means that it has been agreed that it will follow the Accelerated Restricted procedure.
