The contract comprises preventative maintenance visits (2 per year) to properties owned and/or managed by Bield Housing and Care, for the general upkeep of all related equipment to automated door entry systems within such properties. Additionally, reactive maintenance visits will be required on a 24/7 hour basis with a nominal response time of 4 hours.
Contract duration is two years with Bield retaining the option to extend for a further 24 months.
