The Environment Agency seeks to award a framework agreement for the following: Provision of general hard and soft landscape works and associated maintenance works. Provision of specialised landscape works such as wetlands and habitat creation and associated maintenance works. Early contractor involvement (ECI) on projects is required for provision of specialist advice during project development. Expressions of interest in undertaking this work are welcomed from landscape contractors who are full-contracting members of the British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI) or equivalent, who in addition are Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) accredited, and/or subscribe to the Registration of Landbased Operatives (ROLO) Health and Safety Scheme. Contractors who have recently applied for BALI full contractor membership, or are expecting to obtain membership by Autumn 2013 are able to apply. Contractors who are prepared to take up BALI full contractor membership if they are awarded a place on the framework agreement will also be considered.
