The Council invites Quotations for the provision of review of services delivery to support the Guildhall Redevelopment Programme, Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (RBKuT). The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (RBKuT) is wishing to develop masterplan proposals to enable the redevelopment and regeneration of a number of Council-owned town centre sites. This RfQ relates to two development opportunities within the town centre, being: The Kingfisher Leisure Centre site and adjacent Cattle Market Car Park (considered as a single development opportunity); and The Guildhall Campus. Collectively these sites are referred to by RBKuT as the Guildhall Redevelopment Programme (GhRP); the Council wishes to appoint a Planning Consultant to lead in providing planning advice and guidance for the Redevelopment Programme. The duration of the contract is an estimated 3 months. The estimated contract value is a maximum of 40,000 (Work Phase 1) & further 'Work Phase 2' commissioning is subject to satisfactory completion of Phase 1 as well as agreeing ongoing terms and fee proposals for Phase 2.
