Resurface the A1243 Bargate carriageway 40mm deep, between Welholme Road and Abbey Road, Grimsby. Isolated areas of deeper carriageway treatment, 250mm deep, required around Westlands Avenue. Also, the scheme includes to reconstruct the flagged footway between properties no. 39 to 45, to eliminate the surface water flooding.
