o Service provider to deliver a structured and tailored intervention to support the participants development of skills within any one of the three key areas below. Other areas may be considered subject to the needs of the participant. o The intervention should include a maximum of 15 days insight into the theory and practice associated with working in the chosen area of Web design, Graphics or Gaming. o Following or as part of the overall structure of the support the service provider is to agree a 5 day work placement as either preparation for an apprenticeship or with an opportunity with an external company.
