Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Educational/School Property Stock Condition Survey Reports Project Description The contractor will be required to: Produce detailed property stock condition survey reports for its educational/school properties Review and amend existing building plans as necessary and/or create plans where none exist to ensure they are up to date and reflect current building layouts. The contract term will be for 12 months (1 year) Full details relating to the Services are provided in the tender documents.
