CGFP are seeking to procure a range of system/services in relation to Games Management Systems; these are: Lot 1: Workforce Management and Uniform Management Lot 2: Accreditation System (incl. Guest Pass) Lot 3: Access Control System Lot 4: Sports Entries & Qualifications Lot 5: Competition Schedule Lot 6: Accommodation Reservations and Arrivals & Departures Systems Lot 7: Medical Services, Pharmacy Dispensing and Treatment Orders Lot 8: Queen's Baton Relay Nominations & Route Operations Lot 9: Games Issue Tracking Lot 10: Learning Management System Lot 11: Optional Event Management solutions Responses to the SQ will encompass all Lots; later stages of the procurement may separate the Lots into discreet packages.
