ESPO are seeking to appoint a Supplier to provide a data and systems restore Service as a part of our disaster recovery plan. We currently back up our servers on a varying schedule. Those comprising our IBMi ecosystem are backed up to tape, and our Wintel estate to an on-site appliance with a synchronised cloud copy. The tapes are currently stored off-site on rotation. In the event of a disaster, we require a Supplier to provide a suitable infrastructure onto which we can restore our critical business servers, applications and data. The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 12 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period.
