Surrey County Council is in the process of scoping procurement requirements for a Hybrid Mail solution and Digital Post room services. We would like to understand what the market is currently offering for these two solutions and what initiatives if any have been put in place to support customers/organisations since COVID-19. This information will help us understand what the market has to offer which will help to form the future commissioning of these services. Suppliers are requested to provide responses to all RFI questions and to submit their responses by 28th September through the communication function on the portal.
