Raven wishes to engage with specialist suppliers for Responsive Repairs and Voids Works, on an agreed Schedule of Rates, to ensure cost and service control. The Works will be required to support Raven's DLO and instructed on an as needs basis with no minimum guaranteed volume. The scope of the Works under this Contract comprises the following Workstreams: o Responsive Maintenance (including Emergency Works ordered during Normal Working Hours and including Mutual Exchange Gas and Electric Tests); o Out of Hours Emergency Works; o Void Property Works; Bidders are invited to submit Tenders for any one, several or all of the 9 Contracts available: o Damp (survey and remedials) o Drainage and groundworks (including out of hours) o Double glazing (including out of hours) o Cleaning and clearance including pest control o Flooring (carpets and vinyl) o Garages / doors (repairs, locks and replace) o Roofing o Over spill responsive (multi) o Over spill voids (multi)
