ORR currently outsources its financial services to a commercial company, which remotely hosts its financial ledger, and makes payments to suppliers and staff (for their expenses). We now need to retender for this service, ensuring that our future supplier meets our changing requirement for greater flexibility and the ability to interface with our HR and payroll systems.
